The Controller maintains general ledger, reconciles all bank accounts; prepares all tax reports; identifies, records, and summarizes financial data relevant to business transactions, events, and decisions; reports and interpret data necessary for sound judgments and decisions by managers; assists CFO with preparations of monthly financial statements;p erforms other projects as assigned by CFO/CEO.

Qualifications
- Education/Experience : B.S. degree in accounting or business administration or five plus year’s progressively responsible experience as a financial executive preferably in a health care setting.
- Hours of Work : Determined by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) according to the needs of the facility
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Thorough knowledge and skills in application of basic accounting principles; thorough knowledge of payroll, central purchasing, accounts payable, and business taxes (e.g. payroll, unemployment insurance, sales); detail-oriented; responsive to deadlines and to need for accuracy in work produced; basic written and oral communication skills; demonstration of team player in work environment; well-organized, with effective time management skills. Skill in the use of personal computers and related equipment, including the use of conventional word processing and spreadsheet applications; ability to prioritize tasks and process detailed data. Ability to maintain information as highly confidential.
