**Must live local near the Clevaland, OH area.**
Statement of Purpose:
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the processing weekly multi-state payroll. This position reports directly to the Payroll Operations Manager or Payroll Compliance Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Processing all payroll batches submitted from the local field offices in a timely manner
- Responding to wage and employment verification requests
- Completion, processing of checks, and submission of child support orders
- Maintaining Field Employee files for all wage, social service agency requests, and court orders
- Providing exceptional customer service to our local field offices
- All other duties as required
Qualifications / Requirements
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail oriented with auditing capabilities
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Experienced in MS Office
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team player attitude
- The position requires a high level of confidentiality and integrity
- This position requires a low degree of physical effort
