Vale Group has partnered with a growing company in the public accounting industry, based in Hamilton, NJ , who is actively searching for an experienced Tax Manager for an opportunity paying between $120k and $145k based on experience.
This position has the flexibility to be Remote/Work-From-Home, however attendance at monthly On-Site meetings is expected.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Active CPA license REQUIRED
5+ years tax experience in a public accounting setting
Clear verbal and written English language communication skills
Manage the preparation and review a variety of returns including C Corp, S Corp, Partnerships, Estate, Gift, Individual, etc.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of tax work performed by the team, conducting reviews and providing feedback.
Provide technical expertise to address complex tax issues, conducting in-depth analysis and offering solutions.
Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients, helping them optimize their tax positions and minimize liabilities.
Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the firm and clients comply with all applicable tax requirements.
