ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INTERN

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time/Part-Time, Hourly

LOCATION: Sacramento, CA

WAGE SCALE: $18.00-$20.00

RESPONSIBILITIES :

+ + Review and reconciliation of vendor statements

Performs inquiry and posting of all invoices, auditing quantity and pricing for accuracy

Confirm all coding is accurate

Review intercompany aging/statements once a month and address non-current balance timely

Provide periodic reports as designated by management

Running/reviewing key reports in SAP

Work with corporate AP directly on non-current items

Various other administrative duties as assigned including projects and audits

QUALIFICATIONS :

Currently enrolled and taking classes towards an Associate or Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting/Finance or a recent graduate.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers.

Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.

Knowledge on the usage of PC, Printers, Digital Copier

Valid CA Driver’s License.
