Corporate Financial Controller :

– Supervise the finance department
– Develop corporate fiscal policies, maintain the financial health of the company
– Lead the preparation of the corporate annual budget
– Review and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities
– Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance vs the business plans, budgets and forecasts
– Analyze financial operating results to provide information and guidance to all relevant stakeholders
– Ensure that all financial and accounting records are maintained according to relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Qualifications :

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
– MBA is nice to have, CFA, CPA, CMA certifications are nice to have
– Managerial / Leadership experience
– Previous experience in a relevant position ( controller )
– 10+ years of experience
– Experience with GAAP, SOX, etc
