We are looking for a Finance Manager, Strategic Planning to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Develop a thorough and detailed understanding of both our long-term strategy as well as our core product and financial metrics

Lead strategic initiatives end to end from ideation to analytics to recommendations to project managing cross-functional teams to drive impact

Own and operate the company’s financial model; perform cash forecasting and annual budgeting

Develop and refine allocation methodologies that will be used in evaluating investment decisions across Square’s ecosystem and help inform product decisions

Oversee the timeline of deliverables during the month-end process and align with the relevant partners to ensure that deadlines are met

Lead strategic transformation initiatives, to improve accuracy and automate current reporting processes in partnership with the Business Technology team

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance

At least 5 years of finance experience

Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities

Display strong leadership skills and ability to influence at senior leadership levels

Strong initiative, with a curious and strategic mindset

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
