LHH has partnered with a company that is growing rapidly in Tampa FL. We are actively searching for a team-oriented AP Specialist. This will be an onsite position, in the Greater Orlando area.
This role entails processing daily invoices, sales orders, bank transactions, bills and other accounting/finance matters into the ERP software.- Apply Today!!
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing daily transactions such as invoices, bills, orders and accounts payable and receivable.
Responsible for collections calls.
Responsible for entering financial information into appropriate software programs.
Prepares ad hoc financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends as required.
Perform/Assist monthly inventory counts
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance or related field preferred NOT required
Minimum of at least 2 years of general Accounting experience
Strong Microsoft Office Excel/ Word
Work Type: Full Time, 40 hours; Onsite
Schedule: M- F 8-4:30pm

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
