About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. This includes supervising accounting, billing, scheduling, and reception operations, as well as formulating and implementing financial policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be a crucial member of the leadership team, involved in setting and achieving both short and long-term financial goals, and will be entrusted with assessing the effectiveness of financial programs and undertaking administrative tasks. Collaboration with senior executives to monitor and enhance productivity and reimbursement processes is also a key aspect of the role.

The ideal CFO for the company will have a strong background in financial management, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting. They should be adept at ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and reporting mandates, and have experience in establishing and maintaining financial controls. A strategic mindset, the ability to define and track performance metrics, and a proven track record in financial leadership are essential. The CFO will also be responsible for managing financial risk and identifying opportunities for financial improvement within the organization. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, and a Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.
