Accounts receivable clerk

Our client is a leading healthcare company with an urgent need for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Los Angeles, CA! The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, with previous healthcare experience highly preferred. This is a fully onsite position. If hired, our client does require all employees to be vaccinated against Covid-19, pending a medical or religious exemption.

salary: $28 – $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Post self-pay-work comp-EFT daily Deposits
  • Bookkeeping, accounts receivable, collector in healthcare
  • Posting according to payment advice, reconciling batches to deposit records; data entry
  • Supports Posting EOB’s (Explanation of Benefits) and Electronic REmittances

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 835, 837, and 277 reports
  • Experience with Epic preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsfot Excel – Macros, V-lookups, and basic reporting
  • Financial auditing skills
  • Healthcare experience HIGHLY preferred
