The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and the PE house, providing strategic insight, supporting the leadership team, and driving various financial initiatives. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading the finance team as a strategic business partner, implementing robust financial systems, and controls, delivering high-standard financial reporting, and driving the business’s growth strategy. The role also involves managing working capital, strengthening investor and business partner relationships, and fostering a high-performance culture within the finance team.
The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will be a qualified accountant with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach. They should have a proven track record in a senior financial role within a privately-owned business, with experience in enhancing financial operations and performance.
