The Clinical Compliance Manager, Nursing is responsible for providing administrative and operational support of the hybrid Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) learning site in collaboration with the university and health care partners. The CCM provides administrative support to the university nursing leadership to ensure that clinical, skills lab, and simulation experiences meet the ABSN program’s outcomes. The CCM verifies students meet credentialing requirements of assigned facilities and required documentation is submitted to the healthcare agencies.

What You Will Do:
- Site Management: Manages general site operations that support the ABSN program. Maintains appropriate organizational systems, such as, but not limited to, the clinical tracker, partner meeting log, and site equipment maintenance log. Ensures operational site budget is maintained and communicates foreseen variances to VPN as soon as they are known. Collaborates with ABSN Director on development and implementation of student clinical, lab and simulation schedule. Escalates issues that arise between staff at the clinical site, clinical faculty, and/or students to the university ABSN director. Manages, monitors, measures, and reports on operational issues, opportunities and development plans, and achievements within agreed formats and timelines.
- Clinical Rotation Support: Verifies the number of clinical placements needed each semester in accordance with the curriculum and expected enrollment. Maintains databases of clinical facility contact information. Verifies clinical requests have been submitted in a timely manner. Maintains databases of clinical confirmation or denial. Verifies all clinical placements are obtained. Ensures students meet facility-specific clinical compliance requirements. Verifies acquisition and maintenance of affiliation agreements between the healthcare and the university partners.
- Site Operations: Assists with proctoring tests. Ensures supplies and equipment are ordered for the nursing program. Hires and develops direct reporting staff. Ensures supplies are available for all clinical, lab, and simulation activities. Collaborates with marketing/admissions personnel on community events. Collaborates with university ABSN director in preparing and orienting students to healthcare partners. Ensures activities meet with and integrate with requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and other regulatory compliance guidelines.
What You Will Have:
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience, including supervision of personnel
- Must successfully pass a background and drug screen check.
- MS degree preferred or bachelor’s degree in health-related from a regionally accredited college or university.
