Anywhere Director of Quality & Risk Management
We are seeking a motivated Director of Quality & Risk Management for a long-term acute care hospital in the Joplin, Missouri area. The The Director of Quality and Risk Management assures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and ensures they are continually upheld. The Director will be responsible for the planning development implementation administration evaluation and continual enhancement of policies procedures and practices for each functional area. Other duties may be assigned as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and/or Master’s Degree is preferred
- Active RN or RT license in Missouri or Compact State Licensure
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a long-term acute care hospital or inpatient rehab
- Three (3) years of progressive management experience in the healthcare industry
Pay Package Details:
$80k – 100k total annual compensation
