About this Position
HOERBIGER Corporation of America (HCA) is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst or our manufacturing facility in Pompano Beach, FL.
The Financial Planning Analyst supports the Director of Controlling by providing accurate pricing information in various corporate systems as well as ensuring compliance with governance rules, procedures, and guidelines. The Financial Planning Analyst works closely with our sales team to establish and set pricing levels for various product groups and tracks the monthly sales performance results. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on partner for the organization, curious and willing to learn, and able to offer suggestions to improve top line sales as well as entity profitability.
This position operates out of our Pompano Beach, FL location. This is a full-time position, scheduled weekdays on site.

Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales finance reporting
Reconciliation of Balance Sheet and P&L Accounts
Reporting preparation (dashboards and distribution to stakeholders)
Ensure accuracy of product pricing and profit margins
Conduct Month- and Year-End Closing, support Budget and Forecasts
Support during internal and external audits
ERP system and processes (SAP)
Ensure adherence to GAAP
Key contact between sales and controlling

Qualifications
Bachelors in business administration or accounting
Minimum three years financial analysis in manufacturing environment and/or FP&A experience
Advanced Level ERP – Minimum 3 years daily experience with an integrated ERP System, SAP preferred
Advanced Level Excel (VLOOKUP, macros, pivot tables, data sources, etc)
Technical finance and accounting skills, GAAP
Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills to work across the organization
Analytical orientation, strategic and critical thinking skills
