Description:
As a Financial Advisor you will work directly with individuals, business owners, and families to help them navigate and secure their financial future. Our clients are at the heart of our business, and we put their goals and objectives at the forefront of our work. As you work alongside experienced professionals, you will be a part of a team who will guide you to build a sustainable practice. You will have access to a host of tools, resources, and training to develop and continually improve your skill set.
Compensation is a base + commission and includes opportunities for bonuses such as a sign-on bonus.. This position is mostly WFH but an office is available should you wish to work in that environment. Office culture is A+ with lots of amenities and in-office staff.
You ll enjoy independence and freedom of movement it s like you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself.

Responsibilities:

Develop customer success metrics and execute account strategies
-
Build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
-
Schedule and attend virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms
-
Monitor, identify and mitigate account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, align product and customer roadmaps, and deliver customer renewals

_Present to families different benefits programs, enroll new clients, and open new accounts.

Oversee and prioritize each customer in your portfolio
Requirements:

Must carry a Series 6, Series 7, or Life & Health License in Texas

Proven ability to work as a productive team member

_Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

_Self-motivated team player, proficient in multi-tasking

Proficient with computers and Zoom preferred but not required

_Ability to form and grow solid relationships with your client accounts
