Implementation Specialists / Business Analysts needed hybrid 3 days a week in NYC or Dallas only, base $80k – $110k plus around $20k target discretionary bonus.

Their software is used by many of the top hedge funds, asset managers, private equity firms and family offices in the world.
Job Overview:
The Implementation Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of the platform for clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication to deliver a seamless experience for new clients.
Responsibilities:
– Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
– Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and business processes.
– Configuration: Customize the software to meet client needs, including system configurations, data migrations, and integration with existing systems.
– Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using the platform’s features and functionalities.
– Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing and resolving any issues that may arise.
– Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of client configurations, customizations, and implementation processes.
– Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure a cohesive and positive client experience.
Qualifications:
– 2 – 7 years of total experience in software implementation or related roles in financial markets technology
– Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
– Strong organizational skills and strong background in process
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
