Salary Range: $24.3200 – $37.4200 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Payroll Timekeeper Scheduler I is responsible for timekeeping functions for assigned group of employees through proficient use of Workforce Timekeeper and Workforce Scheduler applications. Will ensure that time records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Is responsible for supporting management with daily audits and edits of the Time and Attendance application and attendance module. In addition, the Payroll Timekeeper Scheduler I will be expected to handle special projects as assigned successfully meeting all required deadlines associated with such projects. Weekend work days required on a rotational basis.
Education and Experience
- Working experience with day-to-day timekeeping and scheduling operations
- Kronos application experience. Hospital experience with time and attendance systems preferred
- Demonstrates willingness to learn about California wage and hour laws, learn new procedures, readily accepts new responsibilities, participates as a team player and contributes to the success of the department
