About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Chief Finance Officer, Senior Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive-level management of financial resources, strategic planning, and development of the finance organization within the specified ministry markets. This role requires a leader who can drive collective responsibility for business operations and sound financial management, in alignment with the company’s strategic plan. The Regional CFO, SVP will also be tasked with formulating and overseeing financial planning, policies, and practices in collaboration with market leadership teams, as well as ensuring the organization’s financial goals are met or exceeded.
Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of cumulative job-specific experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management position. The Regional CFO, SVP will be expected to lead with impact, foster a culture of appreciation, belongingness, inclusivity, diversity, and equity, and drive the associate experience. Key responsibilities include supporting financial, operational, and strategic initiatives, leading business operating reviews, managing finance recruitment and retention, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize financial performance, quality, and consumer experience. The role also involves ensuring alignment with national business partners and being accountable for financial forecasts, budgets, and performance within the region.
